TO BOOK YOUR PLACE PLEASE CONTACT:  fernanda@treatmeright.org.uk

You will learn the ancient Japanese technique of repairing broken pottery with gold, turning cracks into unique features of beauty and strength.

In this hands-on workshop, you will learn:

  • The history and philosophy of Kintsugi, exploring the cultural significance and the profound metaphor of Kintsugi, which celebrates resilience and the beauty in life's imperfections.

  • Break and mend your own piece of pottery, creating a one-of-a-kind artwork that tells a personal story.

  • Experience therapeutic benefits, discover how the process of mending can be meditative and healing, providing a creative outlet for  emotional expression.

By the end of the workshop, you'll not only take home a beautifully repaired piece of pottery but also a deeper appreciation for the value of embracing imperfections in both art and life.
No prior experience is necessary, and all materials will be provided.
